I'm Sara and I believe that everyone (including you) deserves to live a life they truly love. Not only that, it's totally possible for YOU, wherever you are in your life right now!
Do you feel disillusioned and dissatisfied with life, finding yourself feeling stuck, stressed out and overwhelmed?
Are you sure there must be more to life - even though on the outside it looks like you have "everything"?
Do you struggle to find the joy in your day-to-day life, finding yourself overwhelmed by feelings of sadness and frustration?
You're not alone. I've been there and I know how depressing and repressive it can be to find yourself stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts even though you're normally a positive person.
That's why I became a Freemind Hypnotherapist and Facilitator, to help people like you to rediscover your inner sparkle and the everyday magic that allows you to love life and live it fully.
The Freemind System is a set of tools that feel almost magical but have a very practical application and creates tangible results in life. At it's heart is the 3 Pillars of Success and Happiness.
The 3 Pillars of Success & Happiness
Pillar 1: Peace
This is about deprogramming the limiting beliefs and behaviours that are holding you back and stopping you from loving life as you really want to.
The hypnotherapeutic techniques used to do this include regression and parts negotiation, helping you to enjoy more grace and gratitude in your life and behave in a more calm and compassionate way.
Pillar 2: Power
Once we’ve deprogrammed those unhelpful parts that were holding you back, we’ll focus on reprogramming your subconscious mind with empowering thoughts, feelings, beliefs and behaviours to replace the old, unhelpful, patterns.
This will help create feelings of flow and fulfilment so that you can step up and out with confidence and even charisma as you begin to enjoy life more and live it more fully.
Pillar 3: Purpose
This is about reconnecting to a more universal perspective – that inner knowing that we are all connected to each other and are an important part of this life and this universe.
This pillar brings you greater feelings of love and connection so that you can go out into the world with passion and playfulness. Being more of the person you want to be in the world

My Freemind Journey
When I met Tom, I was trying to get a fitness business going and had left a “normal job” to do something I loved (but I wasn’t loving it). I was living with my parents rent-free, having moved back in after a breakup, but I was still struggling financially. And although I was in the fitness business I can’t say that I practised what I preached most of the time.
I believed everyone else had this great potential inside them but couldn’t quite recognise it in myself, and I knew that I wasn’t doing my best in life.
Freemind Hypnotherapy helped me to begin to shift that. I was able to forgive myself for things I had thought were unforgivable, I was able to leave a business partnership that I really shouldn't have got into in the first place. And I was able to begin a journey of healing and possibility.
Since then I've been on quite a journey, including:
- 4 years in the fitness industry, witnessing firsthand how the mindset of an individual can hold someone back or propel them forward as they go for their fitness goals.
- Dipping my toe back in the water of the world of "normal jobs" (and realising that it really wasn't for me any more).
- 3 years as a virtual assistant working with women and men in their business and supporting them through the highs and lows of self-employment, which can be quite a roller coaster.
Throughout this journey, I became more and more passionate about the psychology of behaviour, something that I'd been curious about for years. Though when I think about it, I was always quite fascinated by it - When studying Advertising and Marketing at Bournemouth University (a long time ago now) I was most fascinated by the the psychology of consumer behaviour and during a previous exploration of alternatives to working in marketing I studied psychology modules with the Open University. Then when I started my fitness business, one of the first things I did was study NLP (neurolinguistic programme) and coaching.
After all those years of working on myself, reading extensively and studying the power of the subconscious mind, I was delighted when Tom invited me to train to be a Freemind Hypnotherapist. Bringing me almost full circle and giving me the opportunity to help other people to not just survive but thrive - living and loving life fully.
